What is a Spanish Language Study school trip?

On these Spanish school trips, your students will take Spanish lessons at one of our partner language schools in Spain.

They’ll be taught by fully-qualified native Spanish speakers in closed groups, so the content can be tailored to meet your specific requirements. And when they’re not in lessons, your students will be able to enjoy a rich programme of cultural activities.

In selected destinations we also offer carefully-selected host family accommodation to complete the total immersion experience.

All host families have a clean police record and are well known to the dedicated Accommodations Officer at the language school. The host families will encourage your students to practise speaking Spanish with them whenever they’re in the home, but especially during mealtimes. This is a great opportunity for students to develop their conversational Spanish skills.

We offer Spanish Language Study Tours in a range of exciting destinations across Spain, including Salamanca, Granada, Malaga and Valencia, to name but a few.

Spanish Language Study school trips to Spain

We have excellent partner language schools all over Spain so we’re sure we’ll have a destination to suit your group.

Salamanca is always a firm favourite among our school groups. The city is highly regarded as a university city and it’s also famous for its many excellent Spanish language schools. The reason there are so many here is that Salamanca is known for its ‘pure’ accent, which can be easier for learners to understand. And, because the competition is high, the quality of the teaching here is unrivalled.

Or you could head to the vibrant Catalan cities of Barcelona or Valencia, to give your students an insight into the diversity of Spain. Of course, everyone here will speak Spanish to your students, but they’ll love finding out more about both the Spanish and Catalan cultures while exploring either of these two beautiful cities.

Or perhaps you fancy heading to southern Spain, to Andalusia? We have some fantastic language schools in Malaga, Seville, Granada and El Puerto de Santa Maria.

Once your students have finished their lessons at any of these schools, they’ll be able to explore the rich history and culture here, that includes Spain’s Moorish past. Plus, of course, this is the birthplace of flamenco, so you can’t miss the opportunity to catch a show or even enjoy a dance lesson!

Why arrange a Spanish Language Study school trip?

Immerse them in Spanish

There is simply no better way to learn a language than being totally immersed in it.

Not only will being immersed in Spanish quickly improve your students speaking and listening skills, it will help them to understand why it is so important to learn other languages. They’ll understand the benefits of being able to communicate with people in their own language, and the joy of exploring a culture through its language.

A total immersion experience is certainly the best exam preparation you can offer your students. As well as being able to focus on tricky areas in their language lessons, the experience of using Spanish on an everyday basis and being able to understand and make themselves understood will give your students a huge boost of confidence, which will help them to perform at their best in their exams.

Inspire them

When you return home from your Spanish trip, you’ll be returning with a group of students who will have a greater passion for the Spanish language and culture. They may even have developed a taste for travel and discovering new cultures that will see them travel the world!

A Spanish Language Study school trip is a trip that offers lifechanging experiences for young people. For most, this will be the first time that they’ve been totally immersed in a foreign language and culture. They’ll be fully supported by you and the staff at the language school, but this will seem like an incredible adventure to them, and one that they will never forget.

This is more than a school trip, this is a life experience that will set your students up for a lifetime of exploring this incredible world in which we live.

Enjoy the trip as much as your students

Originally founded by former teachers, we understand the value of Spanish school trips and how to make them successful.

Your trip will be completely tailor made, to ensure that it meets your specific requirements and learning objectives. And we’ll be on hand throughout the process to answer any questions you have.

In fact, we’ll be with you every step of the way, from now until you return home at the end of your trip. While abroad, you’ll be able to reach us with just one phone call, at any time of the day or night. And, with this comprehensive level of support while you’re away, you’ll be able to relax and enjoy immersing yourself in Spanish as much as your students.
