Day 1
Morning
Meet at school and board your private coach.
Arrive at Dover and swap your feeder driver for your tour driver.
Afternoon
Take the ferry to Calais.
Arrive in Calais and continue your journey to the accommodation.
Check in, unpack and make yourselves at home.
Evening
Enjoy a three-course evening meal at the accommodation.
Spend the evening relaxing in the common room, making use of the large screen TV and social spaces.
Day 2
Morning
Enjoy a hearty self-service breakfast at the accommodation.
Walk across to the on-site watersports centre and take part in a safety briefing before getting kitted out.
Split into smaller groups and begin rotating through your first watersports activities on the lake.
Afternoon
Continue the action with further watersports sessions, developing skills and confidence on the water.
Make the most of your final activity session before returning to the accommodation.
Evening
Refuel after an active day with a three-course evening meal.
Enjoy exclusive use of the common room, perfect for group activities such as quizzes, games or bingo.
Day 3
Morning
Breakfast at the accommodation.
Travel to Disneyland Paris and enjoy entry to both parks.
Spend the morning exploring Disney Adventure World, including the exciting new Frozen-themed area.
Afternoon
Head into Disneyland Park to experience iconic attractions, spectacular parades and character encounters throughout the afternoon.
Evening
Use your meal voucher within the Disney Parks, choosing from a range of restaurants and dining options, before returning to your accommodation.
Day 4
Morning
Enjoy an early breakfast before checking out of the accommodation.
Travel into Paris and spend time exploring the heart of the city on foot, taking in famous landmarks including the Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Élysées, Place de la Concorde and the beautiful Tuileries Gardens.
Afternoon
Rejoin your coach and travel to Calais.
Board the ferry to Dover.
Swap your tour driver for your feeder driver and continue the journey home.
Evening

Just 15 minutes from Disneyland Paris and 35 minutes from central Paris, this lakeside activity centre boasts an on-site sports centre offering a variety of watersports, including windsurfing, rafting, and much, much more. There are also padel facilities, an indoor space for evening activities, classrooms, and an on-site restaurant serving nutritious meals (all served buffet-style, so everyone can help themselves to what they want to eat). Guestrooms are offered in singles, twins and quads, all with en-suite bathrooms and luggage storage.

Launching your tour to parents and students
The next step is to get your tour approved and then get students signed up to it. Our ‘Trip Launch Pack’ will help you with this step. Here you’ll find loads of resources (all free to download) designed to make your life easier at this crucial point in the planning process.
After you’ve booked
Once you’ve booked, your dedicated Itinerary Coordinator will start working on the finer details. They’ll make sure your itinerary makes the most of your time and they’ll take on most of the admin tasks for your tour (making the whole process a lot less stressful for you).
Support while you’re away
While you’re out on tour, we’ll be at the end of the phone 24 hours a day to provide support should you need it. We’ll also send you a final info pack before you go and you’ll be able to access all your tour documents via the free Vamoos app.
After your trip
When you return from your sports tour, we’ll ask you to complete a detailed feedback survey, which helps us continue to improve the service we offer. And we can start planning your next tour too, so you can give parents plenty of time to pay for it (and so it’s less stressful for you).
