Suggested Itinerary

Day 1

Morning

Meet at school in the early morning before boarding your private coach and beginning the journey north to the beautiful Lake District.

Arrive in Kendal and enjoy a couple of hours exploring this historic market town at your own pace, with time to browse the shops, discover its characterful streets and perhaps pick up some of the town's famous Kendal mint cake.

Afternoon

Continue into the heart of the Lake District and arrive at your accommodation and adventure centre. Drop off your bags before heading straight out for your first activities.

Test your aim with a target archery session, learning the techniques needed to hit the bullseye before putting your new skills to the test.

Take on the climbing wall, challenge yourself to reach the top as you develop confidence, balance and determination.

Evening

Enjoy your evening meal at the accommodation after an action-packed first afternoon.

Unpack, settle into your rooms and relax with your group ahead of another day of Lake District adventure.

Day 2

Morning

Enjoy breakfast at your accommodation before getting ready for an exhilarating morning of adventure.

Take on a ghyll scrambling experience, journeying through one of the Lake District's natural mountain streams as you scramble over rocks, wade through flowing water and tackle waterfalls and natural obstacles along the way.

Afternoon

Return to your accommodation for lunch and a chance to refuel before the afternoon's activities.

Take to the water for an exciting kayaking session, learning essential paddling and boat-control skills before putting them into practice out on the lake.

Evening

Return to your accommodation and enjoy a well-earned evening meal.

Gather around the campfire for a memorable final activity of the day. Working in teams, create your own sketch, song or short play before taking centre stage and performing for the rest of the group - a fun way to build confidence, encourage creativity and share plenty of laughs around the fire.

Day 3

Morning

Enjoy breakfast at your accommodation before heading out for your final morning of adventure.

Jump aboard the centre's giant inflatable paddleboards for SUP Splash! Work together to paddle, balance and steer your board while taking on games and challenges on the waters of Windermere - expect plenty of teamwork, laughter and more than a few splashes along the way.

Take on the Nightline Challenge, navigating an obstacle course completely blindfolded. With only your teammates to guide you, you'll need to communicate, listen and work together to successfully find your way around the course.

Afternoon

Return to the accommodation for lunch before checking out and saying goodbye to the adventure centre.

Depending on your journey time, head into Windermere for a couple of hours of free time, giving you the chance to explore this popular Lake District town, browse the shops and enjoy the atmosphere before beginning the journey home.
