Day 1

Morning

The boys will head to Omni Resort for their first fixtures of the tour, while the girls will make their way to Universal Orlando Resort.

Afternoon

Continue the day's activities, with the boys competing against local opposition and the girls exploring the local attractions, rides and themed worlds of Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure.

Evening

Regroup for dinner at the Toothsome Chocolate Emporium or a similar restaurant.

Day 3

Morning

Enjoy breakfast at your accommodation before heading out for a full day of fixtures, with both the boys' and girls' teams taking to the field to represent the school.

Afternoon

Continue the tournament action throughout the day.

When not playing, students will have the opportunity to support their teammates and soak up the atmosphere of the competition.

Evening

Evening dinner at Uno Pizzeria & Grill or a similar restaurant.

Day 4

Morning

Enjoy breakfast at your accommodation before heading out for another day of tournament fixtures, with both the girls' and boys' teams continuing their campaign.

Afternoon

Take to the field for more competitive matches, while those not playing can cheer on their teammates and enjoy the exciting tournament atmosphere.

Evening

Enjoy dinner at Golden Corral or a similar restaurant, with a wide selection of dishes available to suit all tastes after a busy day of competition.

Day 5

Morning

Enjoy breakfast at your accommodation before another exciting day of competition. The girls' team continue their tournament fixtures, while any boys' teams that have qualified will compete in the semi-finals.

Afternoon

When not on the pitch, spend some time exploring International Drive, home to a wide range of shops, attractions and restaurants in the heart of Orlando.

Teams progressing through the tournament will continue their fixtures as they compete for a place in the finals.

Evening

Enjoy dinner at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. or a similar restaurant, sharing stories from the days' matches and experiences with teammates.

Day 6

Morning

Enjoy breakfast at your accommodation before heading out for the final stages of the tournament.

Any girls' teams reaching the semi-finals and any boys' teams qualifying for their group finals will take to the field in pursuit of silverware.

Afternoon

When not competing, spend time exploring Disney Springs, home to unique shops, themed attractions and entertainment venues, offering a taste of the Disney magic beyond the parks.

Evening

Enjoy dinner at Planet Hollywood or a similar restaurant, celebrating the achievements and experiences of the tour with teammates and friends.

Day 7

Morning

Enjoy breakfast at your accommodation before the group splits for the day.

Any girls' teams that have reached the group finals will compete for tournament honours, while the boys head to Universal Orlando Resort.

Afternoon

Continue the day's activities, with the girls competing in their finals and the boys exploring the thrilling rides, immersive themed lands and world-famous attractions across Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure.

Evening

Enjoy dinner at Hard Rock Cafe Orlando or a similar restaurant, reflecting on the day's achievements and experiences in a lively atmosphere surrounded by music memorabilia.

Day 8

Morning

Enjoy breakfast at your accommodation before checking out and saying goodbye to Orlando.

Head to Florida Mall for some final shopping, with the chance to browse a wide range of global brands and American favourites.

Afternoon

Make the most of your remaining time in Florida before meeting your private coach for the transfer to the airport.

Evening

Board your overnight flight home, reflecting on an unforgettable week of football, competition and experiences in the Sunshine State.

Day 9

Morning

Your quote will be put together by an experienced Tour Adviser who’ll be an expert in school sports tours and will know the destination really well too. They’ll work with you to create a tour to suit your group’s needs and meet your tour objectives.

Launching your tour to parents and students

The next step is to get your tour approved and then get students signed up to it. Our ‘Trip Launch Pack’ will help you with this step. Here you’ll find loads of resources (all free to download) designed to make your life easier at this crucial point in the planning process.

After you’ve booked

Once you’ve booked, your dedicated Itinerary Coordinator will start working on the finer details. They’ll make sure your itinerary makes the most of your time and they’ll take on most of the admin tasks for your tour (making the whole process a lot less stressful for you).

Support while you’re away

While you’re out on tour, we’ll be at the end of the phone 24 hours a day to provide support should you need it. We’ll also send you a final info pack before you go and you’ll be able to access all your tour documents via the free Vamoos app.

After your trip
