Your school preseason football tour to Wales will allow your team to take advantage of the excellent facilities at the University of Swansea’s Sports Village. A combination of on-pitch training, and agility, strength and conditioning work will prepare your team for the challenges of the season ahead.
The facility’s location close to the beach means that you can include this in your training programme, with early morning, invigorating jogs to start the day. You can even use the sand to work on your agility!
As well as getting your team fit and ready to attack the start of the new season, this training camp experience will also help your team to bond. All on the lovely South Wales coast, at the same facility that’s previously been used by both Manchester United and Arsenal soccer schools.
