A school trip to the Opal Coast in northern France is a great opportunity for students to travel abroad with their school, perhaps for the first time!

With visits located no further than an hour’s drive from Calais, the Opal Coast region makes for an easy and fun school trip with plenty of opportunity to learn all about the French language and culture, as well as the food, which really is superb in this region.

On your school trip to the Opal Coast, you can immerse yourself in French culture and even put your students’ language skills to the test with activities designed to get them talking! You can visit a local chocolate factory, to see how chocolates are made. Or, you can make this trip a fun reward for their hard work back in the classroom, by visiting Bagatelle theme park, or Nausicaa sea life centre.

Salamanca is the best place for learning Spanish as it is spoken there in its purest form without local accent. The town is not only safe but also full of places to explore and discover. ISLA is a well-run and professional language school with an amazing team of teachers and instructors. Finally, our students came back with a renewed enthusiasm for learning Spanish and had a wonderful time there. Everything was perfect from start to end. The trip went smoothly, ISLA team very friendly, efficient and extremely professional, host families friendly and caring and as for the cultural activities well planned and engaging. — More House School
