With its healthy gastronomic reputation and close historical ties with Britain, it’s no surprise that Normandy is a great destination for groups studying food technology!

Your food technology school trip to Normandy will include a variety of visits that will provide your students with a better understanding of what French cuisine is all about. You can visit a snail farm, where your students will learn all about this delicacy and can even try one for themselves! You’ll also be able to visit one of Normandy’s beautiful little market towns, or a traditional French bakery, where you’ll learn about the bread-making process and get some hands-on experience!

And if you were thinking about making this trip cross-curricular, the great news is that Normandy offers some excellent options for French and history too!
