Experience the culture of the ‘Republic of Music’ and enjoy many performance opportunities!
The beautiful city of Venice has played an important role in the development of the music of Italy and was often referred to as the "Republic of Music". Bands can perform at a holiday centre such as the Camping Paradiso, as part of their entertainment programme, and outdoor concerts are very much part of the Italian culture. As such, many of our groups take the opportunity to perform in town squares and courtyards. There are also numerous churches ideal for sacred choir performances, such as the St Mark's Basilica, where choirs are able to sing at mass.
