- Nuts and seeds
- Crudités (carrot sticks, celery sticks, cucumber sticks etc.)

- Baked potato
- Sweet potato chips

Swap chocolate for…
- Hot chocolate
- Chocolate milk
- Small handful of dried fruit

Swap cake for…
- Oat/cereal bars
- Malt loaf
