The new Vamoos app will allow you easy access to all your important trip documents while on the move.

Once you’ve booked your school trip, we’ll invite you to download the FREE Vamoos app.
This handy little app will allow you to access your trip documents, including emergency contact numbers and visit details, from your smartphone or other device - which is much easier than rifling through sheets of paper when you’re out and about!
We’ll still send you a detailed information pack before you travel, with hard copies of all these documents. And this will include vouchers and tickets that won’t be available in the app, so you’ll still need to take this with you.
But for accessing the information you need quickly, the app is a fantastic asset for any group leader!
We recommend you encourage other staff members accompanying your group to download the app as well. This ensures that all staff have access to important documents, such as the itinerary and emergency contact details.
