New Year, New Me – quite clearly the mantra of January, if the current popularity of our gym is anything to go by! But, actually, January really is a great time to start thinking about living a healthier lifestyle and adopting better habits – especially if, like us, you may have slightly over-indulged over the Christmas period.

And that’s why now is the perfect time to encourage your students to live well!

Give them some ideas for fun ways to get fit

Encourage them to choose healthy snack alternatives!

Tell them about indoor exercises they can enjoy if the weather is rubbish!

And don't forget to download your FREE classroom posters

Let us know how you and your students get on by tweeting us or commenting on our Facebook page!
