A religious studies school trip to Amsterdam will give your students the opportunity to explore a truly diverse city!

Amsterdam is a city with a great mixture of cultures and history. Popular visits on a religious studies school trip to Amsterdam include Anne Frank’s House, the Jewish Historical Museum and Schouwburg Theatre, and the Corrie Ten Boom House in Haarlem.

As Amsterdam thrives on its diverse mix of cultures and religions, so do its many tourists who come to experience a city with some of the most fascinating museums, art galleries and tourist attractions you’ll find anywhere. It also offers the perfect opportunity to team up with your school's history department to make this a cross-curricular school trip.

The reception is open 24 hours and facilities include a TV-lounge, pool table, table football, free Wi-Fi, bar and garden.

Aan Zee Hotel

Located in the seaside resort of Noordwijk, around 30 miles from central Amsterdam, the family run Hotel aan Zee is deservedly popular with our youth and school groups.

Amenities at the hotel include a dining room, a lift to all floors, a lounge with a bar and games facilities including a pool table, a TV and video.

Groups are mainly accommodated in rooms which sleep up to 4 people, with group leaders in twin rooms. If staff require single rooms there will be a supplement. With 40 rooms all offering private facilities it may be possible for groups to be accommodated together on one floor (subject to availability).

Stayokay Haarlem

Enjoy some culture, visit a museum or go shopping? Or do you prefer wandering through nature, cycling between the dunes, going for a walk on the beach? It’s all possible in and around Haarlem. Furthermore, ‘Heavenly Haarlem’ – the ‘northern city with southern flamboyancy’ – has an extremely central location: the bulb fields, the windmills of Zaanse Schans and the city of Amsterdam are all within easy reach. You can also enjoy a meal and meet friends from all over the world in the friendly brown cafe ‘The Shuffle’. Stayokay Haarlem is centrally located near the connecting road to the beach, the woods, the city centre of Haarlem and Amsterdam.

Very happy with the service again and the trip was very successful. Would not change a thing about it.
