New Film Launched at Arromanches 3D Cinema

The D-Day Landings in June 1944 remain the largest seaborne landings in world history. Thousands of lives were lost in this massive offensive, and 2014 provides you with an excellent opportunity to mark the 70th anniversary by taking a school group to pay a tribute to the boys who never came home and ensuring that they are not forgotten.

One of the most popular visits on our 4 day tour to Normandy is the Arromanches 3D Cinema.

On 2nd February a brand new film was launched at the Cinema. You can preview the film here:

This film is a tribute to soldiers from all countries and to the 20,000 civilians who were killed during this battle for the liberation of Europe, a Battle which gave rise to so much hope.

As well as Arromanches 360 Cinema your group can visit the D-Day Landings Museum, Pegasus Bridge Museum, Sword Beach, Ranville Cemetery, Mulberry Harbour and the coastal German battery at Longues sur mer.
