School Mathematics Trip to New York

New York is an incredible city and a global leader in business and finance. The city plays host to a number of influential organisations, such as the Federal Reserve Bank and Macy’s, the world-famous department store.

This trip is designed to demonstrate to your students the importance of maths in the global economy. They will look at the staggering figures in terms of financial transactions carried out in the city and will also examine the relevant principles of mathematics, and how they are applied to the business world. As well as all this, the recent addition of the Museum of Mathematics has provided even more opportunities to learn outside of the classroom, making this a truly excellent choice of destination for your school maths tour.
