School Food Technology Trip to Brussels

Belgium is world-renowned for its chocolate and beer, making Brussels the ideal location for a food technology trip.

There is a wide variety of visits on offer from a demonstration at a local chocolaterie, a visit to the huge Mechelen Fruit & Vegetable Auction and, of course, a visit to one of the many local breweries. The Stella Artois Brewery in nearby Leuven is always a popular visit. A cookery demonstration at a local catering school can also be organised on request.
