How will Halsbury Sport help me?
We’ve been arranging school tours for over 30 years and have established strong relationships with local agents, clubs and providers. This means we can easily arrange the type of training, tournaments or friendly fixtures that you want for your team.
We’ll use our experience to ensure that you’re fully informed of the available options, so that you make the right choices for your group in terms of destination, accommodation and activities.
We’ve worked with schools all over the UK and were founded by a teacher, so we get the pressure you’re under to ensure everything runs smoothly! We can help you with LEA guidelines, inspection visits for risk assessments, forms, payment plans, insurance issues and more.
I’m new to this, can you help me to arrange a school sports tour from start to finish?
Of course, it’s what we’re here for! We’ll guide you through the process from your first enquiry to the moment you return home. So contact us today to find out what we can do for you!
Can you organise a school sports tour for my sport?
If you play a different sport, give us a bell, or drop us a line, and we’ll do our best to arrange something very special for you.
Can you arrange a sports tour for my youth team?
We do mainly deal with schools, but we’ve arranged plenty of tours for youth clubs too, so we can definitely arrange your sports tour.
Whatever your age range, budget and skill level, we’ll help you create a tour your team will never forget.
Will our money be safe with you?
When you organise a school sports tour, there is a lot of pressure to ensure that your team’s money is safe. With us, you can be certain it is.
We’ve been in business for over 30 years, so are well-established and financially secure. And we have the accreditations to prove it.
Will we be getting the best value for money?
Because we send so many teams on school sports tours every year, we enjoy great rates with local providers. In turn, this allows us to keep our prices very competitive.
Our aim is always to provide you with a professional tour planning service without the premium price this can command.
In fact, you’ll likely be saving money (and a heck of a lot of hassle) by arranging your tour through us, precisely because of those great rates we benefit from.
I’ve had a quote from another company, can you beat it?
We’ll certainly give it our best shot! Just send the quote to us and we’ll do what we can to match or beat it.
Can you arrange our sports travel insurance?
Yes, in fact, we would recommend it! By arranging your sports travel insurance through us, we can make sure you are suitably covered for your tour.
However, it’s not a problem if you have your own insurance in place, we would just advise that you check you are covered for all activities.
Have you had good feedback from previous teams?
We’re really pleased with the amount of positive feedback we receive and would invite you to read some of our testimonials.
It’s important to us that we stay on top of our game by constantly improving the service that we offer. The only way to do this is to ask every team that travels with us to complete a feedback form at the end of the trip, so this is an important process for us.
What are your terms and conditions?
You can read our full terms and conditions here. We’ll admit, it’s not the most exciting read, but it is important, so we do encourage you to have a good read through before you book your tour.
