Included on ALL Ski Tours To Europe
The following are included on ALL Halsbury Travel European trips:
- 6 days skiing including lift pass and 24 hours of ski lessons (usually 6 x 4 hours ski tuition however certain ski schools have different programmes but a minimum of at least 24 hours will always be maintained)
- 6 day ski, boot and pole hire
- Group leaders allowance (Please enquire for details)
- Group Leader’s family discount of spouse traveling at child rate and up to 2 children aged 2-16 have a 25% discount. Group must have a minimum of 35 full paying passengers to claim this discount
- Full “in house” après ski programme in most hotels
- Detailed Information Pack including ski video/DVD and parents evening presentation
- Winter Sports Travel & Medical Insurance
- Piste Closure Insurance
- Ski Breakage Insurance
- VAT at current rates to tour operators
- In resort representation service
- 24 hour emergency contact assistance from the UK
Groups Travelling by Coach
- 6 nights full board accommodation
- Free Place Ratio 1:8
- Return Coach Transportation by Executive Coach (TV/Video/WC)
- Return Cross Channel Ferries
- Use of the coach to travel to evening activities if required
- Motorway Tolls and Taxes
Groups Travelling by Air (Europe)
- 7 nights full board accommodation
- Free Place Ratio 1:10
- UK School to Airport transfers for groups with a minimum of 35 paying passengers
- Flights from one of our nominated airports
- Airport to resort coach transfers
- Any daily transport required to reach your ski area from your accommodation
- Airport Taxes and any local taxes charged
What’s not included and what do you need to budget for?
The following are NOT included on ALL Halsbury Travel European trips:
- Meals en route whilst traveling to and from your destination unless specified
- Drinks with meals except breakfast
- Cost of collective passport (usually £39 for a group of 50)
- Cost of ski badges and certificates if a presentation evening required (usually about £10 per payer)
- Snowboard supplements (see your quotation)
- Lift pass supplements for paying adults outside of the free place ratio
Some resorts have lift pass supplements for older children as well as adults please check your quotation - For flights please note that a completed passenger list will be required at time of booking and airlines will charge administration fee for name changes and we reserve the right to charge an administration charge for excessive name changes
- Entrances fees/charges for optional après ski activities such as bowling, ice skating etc
Included on ski Tours To USA and Canada
The following are included on ALL Halsbury Travel’s North American trips:
- 7 nights half board accommodation
- Free Place Ratio 1:10
- Flights from one of our nominated London airports (Regional Airport quotations are available on request)
- Airport to resort coach transfers
- Any daily transport required to reach your ski area from your accommodation
- Airport Taxes and any local taxes charged
- 5 days skiing including lift pass and 20 hours of ski lessons
- 5 day ski, boot and pole hire
What’s not included in ski tours to USA and Canada and what do you need to budget for?
The following are NOT included on ALL Halsbury Travel North American trips:
- UK coach transfers
- 6 days skiing and tuition supplement
- City stopover supplement
- Meals on route to and from your destination other than those supplied by the Airline
- Drinks with meals except breakfast
- Snowboard supplements (see your quotation)
- Lift pass supplements for paying adults outside of the free place ratio
- Ski tuition supplement for adults
- Transportation and entrances fees or charges to optional après ski activities such as bowling, ice skating, skidoos etc
- Excursions - city tour guide, shopping etc
