What happens next?
Thanks to many years experience in organising school trips abroad we understand the challenges that face our Group Leaders. We have gone to great lengths to make the process of organising a school ski trip as simple as possible, so whether this is your first time organising a ski trip or you’re a highly experienced Group Leader it couldn’t be simpler.
Step one - Contact us
Contact us, and we will do you a tailor made quote.
Step two - Make a Provisional Booking
Now that you have chosen which resort you would like to go to its time to check availability for your required dates by making a provisional booking. Please be aware this holds no obligation but we will hold the space for your group for 21 days allowing you time to advertise your trip and collect your initial deposits.
Step three - Advertise your trip
Advertise your trip to parents/students and collect deposits, giving clearly defined deadline dates for which money is to be received. To help you with this process we have available on request, a sample letter to be sent to parents, posters and other advertising material that we’ll be happy to send you.
Step four - Confirm your booking
Once you’ve collected your deposits, just forward them with the enclosed completed booking form and we’ll take care of the rest. We require a £50 per paying passenger initial deposit for coach trips and £100 deposit for air trips. Some airlines require a completed passenger list at time of booking please note that we may need this before we can confirm
your booking.
