School Science trip to Masai Mara

Kenya may not be the first place you consider for a science trip, however the spectacular landscapes formed over millions of years, human activity dating back to the earliest occupiers and the clear African skies makes this an excellent location to study the scientific processes involved. Geological activity has formed a very varied landscape from wide open Plains to the awesome Rift Valley: Humans have created ingenious ways to see these features as well as creating National Parks and Reserves to view and preserve the most precious African resource - its wildlife. Learn how the fight against poverty and disease is being won and gaze in wonder at a billion stars as you drive through the savannah at night with your expert guide pointing out the constellations of the southern skies.
