Museum of the Second World War
This museum at Ambleteuse, on the coast between Calais and Boulogne, uses dioramas to document the history of World War II. A film on the battle of Normandy is shown in a reconstructed 1940’s cinema.

Dunkirk Town Cemetery
Of the 793 Second World War burials, 213 are unidentified and special memorials are erected to 58 soldiers known to be buried among them. These graves are in Plots 1 and 2 of the section by the Dunkirk Memorial.
