What our teachers had to say about this destination
The trip ran very smoothly and I am very grateful to all the help from Halsbury as both staff and students had a fantastic time. Thank you.
From my very first contact with Halsbury Travel through to receipt of the extremely detailed and helpful information pack, every e-mail/phone call was handled swiftly and with friendly efficiency. I could not fault the service I had from you and I only wish I had come across you years ago - as a leader of coutless school visits to Germany, Halsbury Travel has not only been easily the best company to deal with by far but is also very competitive on price. I would not hesitate to book with you again - in fact I am so confident that you can provide exactly what I want at the right price, I would not even bother looking at any other school travel company for comparison
I take a residential trip to Berlin every year and it is always an extremely positive and enjoyable experience for the staff, as well as the students. Halsbury make this a very simple and manageable task!
An absolutely fantastic city to take secondary school students to. Our students loved visiting all of the historical landmarks and found it to be a moving experience, as well as an enjoyable one.
Berlin is an amazingly rich destination for a school trip. With excellent public transport, inexpensive museums and a very welcoming general population, I would highly recommend it.
It was a fantastic trip and it ran like clockwork. All students and staff really enjoyed it and should this trip be given permission to run again, we would definitely organise it through Halsbury.
Thank you so much for all your help.
An excellent programme of events, carefully planned and considered and the sequential build up of information was very good. It enabled the students to gain a real insight to the complex city of Berlin, expecially if you are taking a cross-curricular group. The linguists, historians, RE students and travel and tourism students were all able to extract a wealth of information and experience. Travel was easy, the sights fantastic and the Berlin 'experience' memorable. The information pack supplied by Halsbury was great. Would recommend the trip to anyone wishing to see and do as much as is possible in a long weekend. I think the experience has captivated the students' imagination. They cannot stop talking about it.
