With an array of Museums and Exhibitions, Berlin is an excellent choice for students studying Graphic Design either at A level or GCSE.

Your students could spend their days visiting the Brohan Museum (with its 2 main collections: decorative arts and painting), or visit to the Bauhaus Museum (the most important school of design, architecture and art. Day 1
Depart School late evening and travel down by coach to Dover for your early morning Ferry crossing to Calais.

Day 2:
Late afternoon, arrive in Berlin and transfer to the accommodation.
(9 hours rest break - coach not available for use until the next day)
Check into the accommodation and unpack/freshen up.
Evening meal followed by an evening walk into town.

Day 3:
Morning visit to the Hamburger Bahnhof (free of charge) follwed by the Contemporary Fine Arts Museum. After lunch, visit to the Deutscher Guggengeim (Free of charge)
Return to the accommodation for evening meal.
Evening activity: IMAX cinema (from €5,50 per person)

Day 4:
Morning to visit the Bauhaus Museum (Free of charge)followed by Camera Work Berlin (Free of charge)
Lunch break
Afternoon visit to the Brohan Museum (Free of charge)
Return to the accommodation for evening meal.
Evening activity: Bowling (costs €8,50 per person for 2 games of bowling, shoe hire and a soft drink)

Day 5
Breakfast
Check out of the accommodation and load luggage onto the coach
Statutory drivers rest break - coach not available for use until departure at 18.00
Morning to be spent visiting the East Side Gallery (large section of the Berlin Wall (free of charge).
Time for lunch followed by the afternoon free for general sightseeing and shopping for souvenirs
18.00 (approx) Meet the coach and depart Berlin - travel back to Calais.

Day 6:
07.00 (approx) Arrive Calais
08.00 Ferry Crossing
08.30 (local time) Arrive Dover
Late morning/mid afternoon - Arrive back to School (depending upon distance from the port)
