Creation of Garnishes Workshop

This Workshop of "Creation of Garnishes" will be given by the professional Chef of the Restaurant Le Charleston.

The Chef will demonstrate to the group how to create the perfect garnishes and vegetable peeling techniques for decoration of plates and food stands.
The students will also have the possibility to try what they have learned with the help of the professional, of course.
