In recent years Nice has become well-known for its contribution to modern art and culture, being home to a number of highly regarded art galleries. In particular, several new art museums have sprung up in Nice over the past thirty years attracting many modern art lovers to this beautiful city.

Day 1
Flight from the UK to Nice
(Depending upon the time of the flight it may be possible to include a visit in the afternoon)

Day 2
Morning to be spent with a visit to the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art
Time for lunch followed by a visit to the Musee des Beaux Arts and Musée International d'Art Naïf Anatole Jakovsky

Day 3
Morning visit to the Matisee Museum, lunch followed by a visit to the Chagall Museum. Late afternoon travel out to Cagnes-sur-mer for a visit to the Renoir Museum.

Day 4
After breakfast travel to the airport for return flights to UK

Hotel Kyriad Centre Nice Port

Ideally located close to the vieille ville of Nice, a few steps from the harbour, the Promenade des Anglais, the trade fair centre and the convention centre Acropolis, the hotel Kyriad Nice Centre-Port offers 110 comfortable and well equipped bedrooms to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

All rooms are modern with air-conditioning, TV with satellite channels and "Pay-TV", direct line telephone, shower, toilet and hairdryer.

The hotel features a restaurant where the Chef will offer you traditional menus as well as typical Provençal specialities.

The restaurant offers catering facilities for up to 200 persons.

Villa Saint Exupéry Youth Hostel

Opened in 2000, formerly a Carmelite monastery, on a tree-lined hill overlooking Nice and converted it into a budget hostel. Many of the monastery's original features remain, including the stained-glass windows in the old chapel - now the communal eating area and bar. The gardens are dotted with olive, pine and carob trees, and quiet seating areas once intended for monastic reflection.
Students are normally accommated in 4-6 bedded rooms, most of which are en-suite. Staff are normally in en-suite twin rooms

Fuaj Nice 'Les Camélias'

This bright and cheerful hostel is centrally located and has 136 beds, students will usually be accommodated in multi-bedded rooms and staff in twins. Bedrooms are equipped with a shower and sink, however toilets are located in the hallway. Two of the dorms are equipped for wheelchairs.
